CDN ProAccurate Quick-Read Digital Thermometer is NSF approved with a 6-8 second response time. The unit is both water proof and shatter proof and features data-hold and big digit display. Made using food-safe abs plastic it is recalibratable and has an easy to use on/off button. There is a useful temperature guide on sheath, and it’s worth mentioning that the sheath can be used as handle extension. It also features a pocket clip and includes an Lr44 button battery.
